My inspiration and creativity in using color and space throughout my art, began in elementary school art classes.
I always felt and trusted my artistic eye to create innovative and unique designs. Throughout the years, my art has evolved
whereby my personal signature of designs have explored and travelled unconventional paths.
My grandmother taught me how to sew and embroider when I was seven and those skills are often embedded in the variety of art pieces that I create.
Attending classes, spending time with other artists and always being curious has led me to continually play with combining collage, assemblage and textiles that reflect my "go for it" enthusiasm, humor and joy in my art pieces. I love it all!
I have been represented in many gallery shows, studio tours and in a variety of magazines.
